Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement through your LEMAX account.

Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Any product already in transit will follow the standard return process once delivered.

Every order moves with intent — once prepared, it completes its journey to you.
